Talk on Nutrition and Mental Health of Pregnant and Lactating Mother at Kalyan Pura Anganbari
To celebrate ‘World Breastfeeding Week’, an international effort to increase public awareness of breastfeeding and its benefits, RCJG organised a Talk on Nutrition and Mental Health for Pregnant and Lactating Mothers at Kalyanpura Anganbari. Dietician Vibha Baid explained to women and their family members about the various aspects of breastfeeding, nutrition, low cost recipes etc. She also spoke about postpartum mental health care and its impact on the well-being of mother and child. The women discussed their issues and concerns. After the talk, Daliya packets and fresh fruits were distributed to the women.
