2259th Weekly Regular Meeting
The 2259th Weekly Regular Meeting was held on 8th September 2023. President Rtn Nawajyoti Sharma called the weekly meeting number 2259 to order at 7:15 PM. The meeting commenced with the rendering of the National Anthem, and President Nawajyoti Sharma extended a warm welcome to all attendees. The Guest Speaker Rtn.Prof. Gautam Sarma spoke about International Literacy Day. He highlighted Rotarys literacy mission and various programs associated with it. He clarified that International Literacy Day, which falls on September 8th every year, is a UNESCO program aimed at raising awareness and addressing literacy issues at local and global levels.
