Green Gold - Organic Farming Training
8 Clubs from three Rotary International Districts 3131, 3141 & 3142 came together
jointly organizing GREEN GOLD, an Organic Farming & Modern techniques Training Programme for farmers at Krishi Vidnyan Kendra, Baramati on 11th & 12th September 2025.
This programme provided farmers with practical knowledge on chemical-free and sustainable farming methods by eminent experts in the field. 85 farmers from Thane, Palghar, Nashik, Pune, Solapur, Satara, and Kolhapur districts of Maharashtra participated.
The project was supported by Finolex Plasson industries, Zydex Agro & Rtn Nilesh Dhahifule of Swastik Builders & Developers.
On 12th farmers were taken on a field visit and shown the demonstration of modern equipment and practices used in the organic farming.
From RCNM Palm Beach Director Rtn. Manoranjan and Vice President Rtn. Prachi attended the training program at Baramati. Rtn. Manoranjan was also the convener for the event.
