Self Defence Workshop
Rotary Club Of Vasco Port Town successfully conducted a Self-Defence Workshop at MES College, Vasco, for the benefit of 30 girl students. The session was led by Mr. Pandurang Chavan, 4th Dan Black Belt, Instructor and Referee at the National Level, from Star Taekwondo Academy.
During the workshop, students were introduced to 15 basic self-defence techniques, along with a few advanced techniques. The team of instructors further enhanced the learning experience by giving live demonstrations, which made the training interactive and impactful.
The workshop witnessed enthusiastic participation from all the students, who gained valuable skills to build their confidence and preparedness in real-life situations. It was truly a wonderful and enriching learning experience for the participants.
