Seva Vridhashram
On occasion of 75 th birthday of our respected Rtn. Snehkar Bansal , we visited BhartimIya Vrudhashram and executed a workshop on pranayam and mudras. This workshop was conducted by two renowned teachers from Holistica. It was very informative and knowledgeable session in which around 15 Rotarians and 20 residents of Vrudhashram participated. Snehkarji has also distributed breakfast and Snacks boxes to all. This way we celebrated 75th birthday at Vrudhashram
