Rotary Club of Agartala Marks Ozone Day with Green Initiative 🌱
On 16th September 2025, marking the International Day for Preservation of the Ozone Layer, the Rotary Club of Agartala, in collaboration with the Agartala Smart City Project, led by Dr. Sailesh Kumar Yadav, IAS, planted 30 saplings at Dashamighat Battala. The initiative aimed to promote environmental sustainability and strengthen global ozone protection efforts. It also launched a long-term green project between RC Agartala and Agartala Smart City to expand the city’s green cover. Rotarians and Rotaractors actively participated, reaffirming Rotary’s enduring commitment to a cleaner, greener, and healthier Agartala.
