Fireside meet
We had organized one of its kind - Fire side meeting. It was organised by our admin team in a very innovative way at a venue which had real fireplace and we had all our members surrounding to the fireplace and getting the knowledge on Rotary from senior members of our club who are also senior officers in our rotary district 3142. The session was divided into 3 parts - Part A meeting fellow rotarians and sharing ideas wherein questions were asked by the members to the senior rotarians who answered very enthusiastically and in a very detailed manner. Part B was such that the organsing team asked certain questions to the members to further gain insight into their expectations from Rotary and how Rotary can be beneficial in various ways.
