<p>Rtn. Santosh S Pradhan was born in the historical city Patan, North Gujarat on December 30. Though he was brought up in Mumbai, he started his career in Aurangabad. At Aurangabad he met few enthusiastic friends who founded a Rotaract Club in the name of Rotaract Club of Aurangabad Central in year 1990. As the President of Rotaract Club (1991-92) he conducted many Management Seminars for the engineers and managers from the local industries. During his Rotaract tenure he participated in Multi District RYLA at Lonavala 1992 and Silver Jubilee Rotaract Convention of RI Dist. 3130 in March 1993, where he won many accolades and awards, and of course friends. He shifted to Surat in August 1998 as Service Franchise for Thermax Limited. He was very clear that the self-confidence with which he has started his business was only because of Rotaract, thus he wanted to give back to Rotary. He was inducted as member of Rotary Club of Udhna in July 2008. Since then he has actively taken part in all the Rotary activities. As the President of the club he won many awards for the club along with the Best President award. He has served at many positions at the District level as GKP area co-ordinator, Assistant Governor, Monthly Project Chair and District Public Image Chair. He has received Club Builder Award from Rotary international. In his Presidential year 2014 he established another firm Sansu Aquatek India Private Limited. The total strength of Sansu Aquatek is 195+ Engineers and Technicians. Sansu Aquatek has already given shares to 6 employees and in every August they will be giving shares to the deserving employees, who give their best to the growth of the group. He has attended all the District Conferences since joining Rotary. Since last Seven years he is attending Rotary International Conventions Brazil, South Korea, USA, Canada and Germany. Santosh is also member of Rotary Travelling and Hosting Fellowship. Santosh and Sunetra became Paul Harris Fellows in year 2009 – 10. Both the daughters Divija and Rouha are Paul Harris Fellows. Divija had participated in the RYE program in the year 2016- 17 as a Long Term student in Germany. Divija is now studying at New Zealand and has joined Rotaract club of Auckland. Rouha also participated in the RYE program, she had gone on exchange in 2019-20 to Columbia. Santosh and Sunetra also have an Endowment Fund in the name of his Parents “Shubhalaxmi Shriram Pradhan Endowment Fund”. As of Today, Santosh and Sunetra are Major Donor Level 2 And Bequest Society Level 1</p>
