MSP -Mental health and wellness program by Dr.Swatiben Vinchurkar
Rotary club of Navsari organised a Mental health and wellness program at Sheth R.J.J.HIGH SCHOOL ,JUNATHANA on 21st October 2023.
The main topic of this program was the impact of social media and Technology on mental health.
Surats well-known doctor Dr.Swathiben Vinchurkar served as the speaker of this program. The students of the 9th to 11th standard of the school participated in this program. Dr.Swatiben informed the students about the advantages and disadvantages of social media in very simple language and its impact on mental health. Motivated the students with some important examples. And also discussed the maximum amount of screen time that should be spent. The children also discussed the questions that were bothering them.
Some parents and teachers also joined the program. The entire program was conducted by the principal of the school.With the efforts of Rtn.Dr.Jigneshbhai, the project chairman of this program, We could hear Dr .Swatiben. A big thanks to Rtn.Jigneshbhai Bhagat. special thanks to the students, teachers, parents and Rotary members for making the entire program a success.
