Millets Mahotsav 2024
Rotary club of Vadodara Heritage organized another Millet Festival to commemorate the end of the year of millets. We had done one in April 2023 along with the support of the Vadodara Municipal Corporation. This 2nd edition, on 20 and 21 January 2024, was also a two-day food festival where people from Vadodara and beyond were given stalls to make traditional food from millets. This brings forward forgotten recipes, people enjoy healthy food and promotion of millets takes place. We gave opportunities to women entrepreneurs with small ventures and nearby farmers to put up stalls at the festival for promotion of their products and services.
