Cancer check up camp for women @Dharampur
President of Shantinatha Sevashram Universal Welfare Trust of India ,Mr. Dahyabhai with the support of� Rotary Club of Navsari organized a free "Female Cancer Check Up" for women at Sainath Hospital, Dharampur.�
In this, 141 women were screened for Breast cancer, Cervical cancer and Ovarian cancer. Five women were diagnosed with breast tumors on examination of the women.
At present, when the rate of cancer among women has increased greatly, this camp is truly a blessing for the women of tribal areas in remote villages like Dharampur.�Rushitbhai Masrani and Poorjaben Bhatt of Pahl Charitable Trust of Dharampur arranged transportation and snacks for the rural women in the camp. Besides, women coming to the camp were further examined by Gold Medalist Gynecologist Dr. Neetal Patel.
Project Chair Rtn.Pinaben Patel provided special assistance to make the camp successful.
