Minutes of Meeting - Date: 6th Dec 2023 - Rtn. Amit kansal, President called the meeting to order. He started with a brief on various reasons/ motivations for people to be in Rotary. He quoted from various publication and practices adopted by other clubs. After his brief, following points were discussed by members of the BOD. 1. Members discussed these ideas and decided to continue with existing projects. 2. It was decided to spread Christman cheers to underprivileged children. The idea to distribute goodie bag and organising some fun activity was discussed. 3. Umeed NGO was selected to conduct these activities and spread them over next couple of months. 4. Tentative dates would b 19th Dec and 22nd Dec for these activities. The roles and responsibilities were distributed to the members.
