G C Nahar Rotary Eye Bank
GC Nahar Rotary Eye bank is a active eye disease prevention and cure. Till 31st July 2023 in last 3 months this bank has screened 25 people from Umarwada village and 44 people from Panoli village to prevent eye cancer and damaged cornea. This project from Rotary Club of Ankleshwar is running with the mission of Blindness free Bharuch district by December 2026. Moreover, this project received 38 eyes as a donation in last 3 months. This project takes help of ASHA Workers to educate people about this service and its benefits and the survey is being conducted to identify patients.
