Rotary No Chhayo - Umbrella Distribution Project - RC Daman Second Drive 03rd Sept 2023.
The Rotary Club of Daman, as part of the Rotary No Chhayo district project, distributed large-sized umbrellas free of charge to needy ferry, fruit, and vegetable vendors stationed at various locations in Nani Daman and Moti Daman. These umbrellas provided protection from the scorching sun in summer and the rain during the monsoon season.
During the second distribution drive on September 3rd, 2023, a total of 32 umbrellas were distributed. The distribution covered 32 different spots in Nani Daman and Moti Daman in this effort.
The distribution was carried out by a dedicated team comprising Secretary Rtn. Nitin B., Service Project Chair Rtn. Manish K., Project Chair Rtn. Rajesh U., and Rtn. Khurshid M., along with Rtn. Jayesh J., Rtn. Vishwajeet B., Rtn. Ambrish I., Rtn. Rajiv B., Rtn. Rajeev G., Rtn. Nishith P., and Rtn. Tejas P., all under the guidance of President Rtn. Apoorva P.
