Stress Management for students
An interactive talk was organised by our club at Kendriya Vidyalaya n0 2, Students of class 9 to 12 were introduced to concept of stress, how to identify and how to handle it. 540 (approx) students attended the talk given by Dr Anu Patel, Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist, SSG Hospital, Vadodara. On completion of talk, about 10 students discussed their individual problems separately.
