Medicine Collection & Distribution
Under the medicine collection drive with contribution from all members, we donated two cartons of miscellaneous medicines to the Missionaries of Charity Leprosy Hospital, Shantivan. It’s an institute where leprosy patients abandoned by their families are brought in and taken care of. The beautiful garden, wards, kitchen were an epitome of hygiene and cleanliness and all taken care of by the residents and sisters of the Missionaries. At present they house 250 patients. Biscuits for the inmates were sponsored by service Project Director Kavita Saraf.
