Mental Health Awareness Drive was conducted throughout the month on various topics like how to manage stress in our day-to-day life and balance emotion through breathing techniques, healing through Sound Therapy techniques, subconscious mind and power of positive mind, yoga and meditation, how to live a healthy life, how to control anger by various speakers and trainers like Jinal Dingwa, Alpa Kotadia, Rekha Bhandari, Neha Patel, Dr. Lavanya Patel, Yashavi Oza at various institutions in and around Vapi – Devka Beach Resort Daman, Vapi Public School, Gujarat Vidhyapith Ashram Shala Vapi, KBS College Vapi, Krishna International School Valsad, Shree Vidhyaniketan School Vapi, St. Xavier School Vapi. Beneficiaries – 1152.
