The "Drushti Kavach" – Student Vision Screening Camps Third drive took place at Sarvajanik Vidyalaya, Nani Daman, on Dec 01st, 2023. The RC Daman, led by Rtn. Dr. Krishnagopala Damania from Krishna Eye and Dental Clinic, Daman, organized this event to assess the visual health of 151 students of 12th standard. The comprehensive screening included standard and color vision tests.
4 volunteers facilitated the session, setting up necessary equipment such as eye charts, color vision plates, and examination tools before student arrival. A total of 151 students were screened during this first drive. Most students showed no immediate vision issues, while a minority exhibited minor problems.
This initiative underscores Sarvajanik Vidyalaya’s commitment to holistic student development and health, highlighting the cooperation of the school team and management during this session.
