Story Telling Program - Phase 1 by Rotary Club of Daman at Kunta Upper Primary School, Kunta on December 5th, 2023
The Rotary Club of Daman organized the 1st phase of Storytelling Day at Kunta Upper Primary School, Vapi, on December 5, 2023. Two sessions were conducted for students of grades 6, 7 & 8 with 94 students. In the first session, half-stories from Ruskin Bonds The Blue Umbrella and Paulo Coelhos The Alchemist were narrated. Students were then asked to complete the stories using their imagination and writing skills, promoting creativity.
The Storytelling project aims to instill habits and soft skills in students, including overcoming public speaking fear, fostering reading habits, improving listening and writing skills.
