Axshya Project for TB Patients
Project Axshya is a major nationwide TB initiative to make India a TB free nation. Under Project Swasthya, RCRG has decided to aid Project Axshya wherein kits comprising of high protein and nutritional items will be distributed to TB patients with the help of district TB Hospital on monthly basis.
This will help improve the overall health and lifestyle of TB patients who are poor so that they can go back to work which they are unable to do due to weakness and illness. It can gradually decrease the spread of TB in India.
25 such kits were donated to TB patients at Urban Health Centre - Mavdiby RCRG. The Project was coordinated by Hon. Secretary Rtn. Jaydev Shah and was attended by President Rtn Nilesh Bhojani, Rtn. Dr. Anil Savaliya, Rtn. Bhavin Bhalodiya and Rtn. Anup Joshi.
