Mental Health Awareness Drive was conducted throughout the month on various topics like how to manage stress in our day-to-day life and balance emotion through breathing techniques, healing through Sound Therapy techniques, subconscious mind and power of positive mind, yoga and meditation, how to live healthy life, how to control anger by various speakers and trainers like Cahitali Mistry, Yashavi Oza, Neha Patel, Dr. Lavanya Patel, Jinal Dingwa, Rekha Bhandari at various institutions in and around Vapi - Shree Vidhyaniketan School, Bagwada High School, KBS College, Chala Prathmik Shala, Aadhar Trust Pariya, Vinay Ashram Shala Ambheti.
