Kunta Upper Primary School Students Coast Guard Air Station Visit - 29th Jan 2024.
The students of Kunta Upper Primary School of Anandgram Adopted Village were taken on a visit to the Coast Guard Airport on Jan 29th, 2024. 98 students and 5 teachers benefited from this educational trip. Transportation arrangements and coordination with the Coast Guard Officers, were handled by Rtn. Vishwajeet Borate on behalf of the Club.
During the visit, the students were shown various aircraft and helicopters, and information about each one was provided. They also had the opportunity to witness live take-offs and landings. Additionally, they learned about the role of the Coast Guard in ensuring maritime safety and protecting the country. Furthermore, the students received information about careers in the Indian Defence Services.
As a gesture of hospitality, the Coast Guard Team provided snacks to all the students and gifted them pencil color boxes.
