ASHMITA
"Ashmita," a self-esteem project, was conducted at NK Desai College, Pardi, with the participation of 150 college girls. The session focused on raising awareness about mental health, self-defense, financial literacy, tech-savviness, and various rights, including those related to sexual and social media harassment and abuse. The girls received a detailed booklet, pepper spray, whistles, and multivitamin tablets during the session.
