The 2278th WRM was held on 9th February where Late Rtn D.K.Kakati and Anne Nirmali Kakati memorial Vocational Excellence Award for the year 2022-23 was given to Mr. Leela Charan Dutta and Mrs Momee Pegu. Mr. Pronay Bordoloi a renowned Journalist was the Chief Guest.
