ASMITA - Girl Empowerment Project at Shantilal Shah Engg. College, Bhavnagar
Under the project Asmita, initiated by the Rotary Club of Bibwewadi in collaboration with CSR partner GTPL Hathway which is spread in five different states including Gujarat and with Rotary Club of Bhavnagar.
In this Phase 3 of Asmita Project, Rotary Club of Bhavnagar had organized a workshop on Asmita – Daughter Empowerment Project , where daughters were given financial awareness along with mental health, self-defense and education to make them tech-savvy. They were also provided with Asmita handbook, multivitamin tablets, pepper spray & a whistle key chain. The project was conducted under the guidance of Rtn. Jasuben Pandya and Rtn. Dr. Neeraj Joshi along with Rotary members, Rotary anns and Rotractors.
