Project Sakhi for FSW ladies
Rotary Club of Bharuch supported by DST team, has initiated the challenging “Sakhi Project” for FSW ladies.
Primarily, a sensitisation session by Dr. Sajid Day (Psychologist) was held to open up on mental issues faced by them and encourage them in taking up more dignified earning ways.
They are presently in such activities because of trafficking or economic conditions.
The Sakhi Project is to support these FSW ladies in empowering them with dignified work to support their families economically.
